Quilt for the Cure®
Northwest Quilting Expo has joined with K103FM in their dedication to the Oregon and SW Washington Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. We are donating quilts to be auctioned off by K103FM in October.
Online Auction
In the last three months, hundreds of people have generously donated their time to make quilt blocks from beautiful fabrics in pinks and whites. Blocks were made in memory of friends, to support loved ones, or just because it felt good to help. Many even donated finished quilts. The blocks were sewn together by quilters to form lovely “Quilts of Inspiration.” These extraordinary quilts are available for you to purchase:
- From October 5–9 visit K103.com and search for “Auction”.
- Bid on any of the quilts, as often as you like.
- Auction ends at 5 pm Friday, October 9.
- Winning bidders will be notified by The Pine Needle, Lake Oswego, Oregon.
- All proceeds go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure Oregon and SW Washington, Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.
