Zen Pathway

This small scroll-sized wall quilt is inspired by pathways of stepping stones found in Japanese Gardens. There, stonework plays a substantial role in the design. This quilt is a celebration of stone. The stones are made from lightly cushioned and faced applique applied to a background panel and embellished with a fallen leaf or fussy cut blossoms if desired. You’ll be able to design your own meditative pathway, or you can follow a layout provided by Helene.
