Cathi will teach you to make this handy tote with zippers inserted two different ways. It has cotton webbing handles and a flat bottom that makes it easy to set down. Have fun choosing your fabric and zippers!
Pattern fee: $10, payable to Cathi in class.
Please bring: rotary cutter, small cutting mat, thread scissors, marking tools, 6" ruler, pins, Wonder Clips, pen and small Post-it notes, seam ripper, Fray Check
Exterior fabric: 5/8 yard, more if you plan to fussy cut. Suggested fabric of cotton canvas or heavy weight linen or linen blend.
Lining fabric including interior pocket: ¾ yard
Fusible woven interfacing: 1 yard (suggested: Pellon SF101)
Fusible fleece interfacing: ½ yard (suggested: Pellon 987-F)
One 6" zipper and one 8" zipper (or zippers by the yard so you can cut them to the length you want)
45 inches of 1.5" wide cotton belting/strapping
Thread to match or coordinate.

Some kits with limited fabric selections will be available for purchase in class. These will include all the elements listed below to make the tote, other than pattern.
